Unrepresented Parties to a Transaction
Unrepresented Parties are those who wish to act on their own behalf in a transaction.
In the case of an Unrepresented Seller, this means that the Seller understands that the Buyer’s Agent represents the Buyer and owes no duties to the Seller.
Conversely, an Unrepresented Buyer is one who understands that the Seller and the Seller’s Agent owe no duties to the Unrepresented Buyer.
